Roller coaster: Scary or exciting?: Scary unless I'm with someone I like.

Type of ice cream?: Mint chocolate chip. It's almost impossible to get any when Phlox gets news that Chef made some. When that happens, I like rainbow sherbet.

Movie?: "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest," anything by Hayao Miyazaki, "Atanarjuat," "Amelie," most musicals, anything with Johnny Depp, "The Red Violin."

TV show?: "Fawlty Towers," "ER," "Whose Line is it Anyway?"

TV character?: Basil Fawlty

Disney character?: Scar (the Lion King), Sebastian (Little Mermaid)

Warner Bros. character?: Pepe Le Pew. I found his overly amorous attitude to be very funny.

Sesame Street character?: I never watched this show all that much. They never got beyond "Abierto" and "Cerrado."

James Bond?: Connery or Brosnan. By villain standards, Moore.

Word or phrase?: "Graciousness." My mother drilled it into me to be gracious in all things.

Sport to watch?: I get into arguments with the other crewmembers as to whether figure skating and synchronized swimming are sports. I also like sumo and surfing.

Dumper or dumpee?: Dumper once, dumpee once. In the former, Dave was being a jerk. In the latter, Katie didn't want to continue our relationship.

What inspires you?: My family, my cultural ties, being able to say "hello" and "Where's the bathroom?" in a language before any other human can

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?: Still talking, maybe with a nice man or woman with me

What do you look for in a partner?: Tolerance, a nice voice, kindness, intelligence, skill in languages

What did you want to be when you grew up?: I wanted to speak every language in the world

What characteristics do you despise?: Homophobia. Racism.

If you had a big win in the lottery, how long would you wait to contact people?: Three seconds. I'd start screaming after that, and anyone in earshot would know.

Where would you retire to?: Florida, Honolulu, some place warm without snow

Do you get along with your parents?: Yes

Have you ever gone skinny-dipping?: Yes, seven times at my last count. You should try it if the water's clean.

Last person you went to dinner with?: Phlox, Travis, and T'Pol. We're thinking of starting a book club.

What did you do for your last birthday?: I had some ice cream made just for me -- Phlox could barely keep his tongue in when he smelled it. I got a small essay in Vulcan from T'Pol, a nice greeting from everyone, and a letter from Katie. Even though we're not dating, we're still friends.
